Buyers: Each property at our real estate auction is sold "as-is" which means viewing the property before the auction is very important. All properties are available for viewing before the auction either by making an appointment with the agent or during the auctions scheduled open house. The open house typically takes place several days before the live auction. Be sure to check with our BidRiteRealty.com auction schedule for details about when to see an open house. You may also use any licensed real estate agent to help you through this process if they comply with our Terms of Service and register for free, or you may choose to use pre-approved Agents that have been trained by us.

While at an Open House and when bidding... remember, the house is being offered "as is, where is," which means what you see is what you get. Ask any Licensed RE Agent or our staff for additional information on the property, plus be sure to look around the property itself, check the neighborhood, talk to adjacent property owners and local businesses. Determine the short and long term potential of the property and decide what the property is worth to you. Having a price range in mind when you attend the auction will help you know when and what to bid. Please be assured that your satisfaction is our goal.., however all sales are final.

Sellers: The Auction process is actually quite simple, yet in the end when a property does sell there are somewhat complicated forms and contracts that must be filled out properly with the sale of real property or real estate of any kind. The sale of real estate is governed by strict laws in the State of Washington for your protection.

For that reason we recommend that you contract with a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker to assist in this process, if you do not have one we can assign a Licensed Agent that has been approved and trained by us. Your own RE Agent is fine, however they must apply and be approved by our company to ensure that they also understand the process and comply with our TOS and rules. They will help advertise your Auction, be there at your Open House to answer questions, attend the Auction itself to assist the buyer and you to properly fill out the required Purchase and Sale Agreement with related Addendum plus they will order a Preliminary Title and set-up Escrow for closing. Most importantly they will help ensure that all laws are strictly adhered to and your rights are protected.
