There is no reason to be intimidated by the auction process, as a Seller you are assisted by our staff members who are available to help you register, explain how bidding works, and assist you before and during the auction.

Each auction begins with opening announcements to further explain the auction process. During the sale, our bid assistants will let bidders know what the bid amount is and help them place a bid. A sample real estate contract is provided when you register at the auction, and the successful bidders will receive a closing instruction sheet. Our "Licensed Agents" will answer all questions regarding the closing process. We recommend that you use a Licensed Agent for this process, to ensure more advertising is done to promote the Auction on their end of it but more importantly to review all paperwork as a Sellers Advocate to ensure your rights are protected. We can assign an Agent if you do not already have one.

The Selling process can be both easy and rewarding.

Each property at our real estate auction is sold "as-is" which means viewing the property before the auction is very important. All properties are available for viewing before the auction either by making an appointment with the agent or during the auctions scheduled open house. The open house typically takes place a several days before the live auction; check with our BidRiteRealty.com auction schedule for details about when to began the process of advertising an open house. You may also use any licensed real estate agent to help you through this process or the Agents that have been trained by us. We recommend professional representation.

Your house is being offered "as is, where is," which means what you see is what you get. Ask any Licensed RE Agent or our staff for additional information on how to "Stage" or prepare the property.

If you are selling your own home without a Real Estate Agent, then you can apply with us to have your home or property SOLD at Auction, if you do have a Licensed Real Estate Agent you will be better served by including them in this process. If they are not already part of our team or a member we will bring them up to speed as to how this process works so we can all Team Up too get your home SOLD. We need detailed data, such as Parcel number, sq/ft sizes of home/property/land etc, how many bedrooms, baths etc.
