An example of this is if there is a HOUSE, REAL PROPERTY, boat, car, truck, plane or other vehicle or item that has title or Legal Deed that requires transfer and the person and auctioneer have discussed a price wanted what can be done without creating a minimum or reserve is allowing to sell the item on auction Subject to the owners approval. Then after the item is sold the owner will be contacted and asked that X amount was bid do you want to sell it. If the owner agrees the item is sold to the bidder, if not the item is returned to the owner.

Any bidding disputes will be resolved at the auctioneer's discretion. All Properties advertised are subject to change without notice. Methods of down payments are cashiers check. In the case of real estate, homes, properties etc. a Letter of Pre-Approval will be required when we have mutual acceptance of the bid price, plus $5,000 in Earnest Money as a deposit which is refundable according to the terms of the Purchase and Sale Contract that will be available after bidding is finished and all sales will be in accordance with Washington State Laws regarding real estate transactions.
